A soft hiss entered the air. Saul, Carrie, Myer, and Ruach turned towards the source; the watersack. They quickly surrounded it, finding a smoke surrounding it. Each stood silently, watching the fluid boil and recede and hiss. As quick as it was to hiss and boil, it was just as quick to silence. It had vanished before their eyes, only ash and a blackened spot remaining. Myer bent down, running his hands across the small pile. The ash was quick to find itself lost, scattering and folding itself in with the dust of the room. The floor below it found no bloody stain, just an ashy shadow. All turned to crouching, examining more thoroughly.

“Huh” Carrie exclaimed.

Saul paused for a second, speaking slowly, “I see… What was that?”

Carrie answered, “Vomit- Blood and vomit from what Tracker said.”

Myer interjected, “Never seen vomit like that before.”

Carrie asked, “And blood?”

Saul spoke, “I’ve never seen blood do that before…”

The three of them stood up, looking at each other, each equally befuddled. Saul spoke once more “I’m… Going to grab some of the medicine, meet me outside please.”
