A Wonderful Meeting - Page 28

The beastman Tracker laid his right arm flat against the child Jorgens chest, blocking the heel of the slant-walking Vampire. He threw it back and with surprising grace the Vampire jumped along, falling back into a squat keeping steady feet on the ground. He stood back up, firmly setting his arms out in front of him. Tracker took a long second to think. He suspected some sort of recent injury or scar was the cause of his gait. And despite his gait he was still very capable. Throughout this skirmish he has shown martial prowess- Familiarity and comfortability with hand to hand combat, developed balance, and confidence- As had…

Jorgen swung around Tracker, sprinting towards the Vampire. Tracker was quick to take him by the collar, swinging him in the other direction. With this the Vampire lunged- Tracker deflected and gave good push and through sidestepping and backpedaling he attempted to stand between Jorgen and the threat- Though Jorgen would always come up from behind and he would have to push him back and then throw back the threat and- It was all very frustrating.

Jorgen came up behind him once more. Once more the Vampire lunged forth. With fluidity Tracker slid his cloak off, casting it off onto Jorgen. Jorgen rolled right into it and onto the ground, squirming trying to throw it off in a similar fashion (Trying to do what he had done more than freeing himself, to his eye at least). The Vampire pressed his attack and Tracker gave it his full focus. Short and sharp palms and punches were delivered- Against the sides, chest, and jaws- With a swift elbow to the neck the Vampire staggered backwards. He took a peeved gaze and tugged at his own wrappings. He coughed.

“I didn’t think you came so… Prepared… You’ll be trouble.”
